新型陶瓷筛管介绍及其国内应用前景分析

摘要: 目前国内高温高压含酸性腐蚀气体油气井出砂后,由于其高腐蚀、高冲蚀的环境使防砂面临严苛挑战,诸多带有金属筛管的防砂工艺难以长时间保证防砂有效性,并且修井费用非常高昂。针对此类油气井的出砂问题,国外 3M公司开发了一种新型陶瓷防砂筛管,经实验测试和国外现场应用分析,该筛管有诸多优势:烧结陶瓷材料的硬度是钢的十余倍,试样在高温高CO2分压中经长时间、高强度的冲蚀下几乎无损,证明陶瓷筛管具有优异的抗高冲蚀性能;陶瓷筛管在高温强酸溶液环境下的耐腐蚀测试中受腐蚀程度极小,拥有极强的耐腐蚀性能;陶瓷筛管防砂精度灵活可调、防砂效果好并且可以防止砂粒堵塞筛管,有利于气体流入且流入压降非常小;陶瓷筛管整体机械强度大,屈曲性能好,具有很好的可下入适应性,适用于各种主流井型。因此,新型陶瓷筛管凭借其优异的性能在国内油气田防砂领域具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:

At present, domestic high-temperature, high-pressure and acid-containing corrosive gas oil sands have serious challenges to sand control due to their high corrosion and high erosion environment. Many sand control processes with metal screens are difficult to ensure sand control effectiveness for a long time, and workover costs are very high. In response to the sand production problem of such oil and gas wells, 3 M Company abroad has developed a new ceramic sand control screen. After experimental testing and foreign field application analysis, the screen has many advantages: the hardness of sintered ceramic material is ten of steel, the sample is almost non-destructive in the long-time and high-strength erosion test in high temperature and high CO2 partial pressure, which proves that the ceramic screen tube has excellent high erosion resistance; the corrosion resistance test has minimal corrosion degree and has strong corrosion resistance; the ceramic screen has flexible sand control precision, good sand control effect and can prevent sand from clogging the screen, which is beneficial to gas inflow and inflow pressure drop is very small; the ceramic screen has high mechanical strength, good buckling performance, good adaptability, and is suitable for various mainstream well types. Therefore, for the oil and gas reservoirs with high temperature and high pressure CO2 and H2S content which are difficult to solve with domestic sand control technology, the new ceramic screen has sand control in domestic oil and gas fields due to its excellent performance. The field has broad application prospects.
